I've made these a few time. They are great, but a little labor intensive, only because of threading all the skewers. We serve these with beef skewers and veg/fruit skewers. The turmuric can turn everything yellow, so watch out.
Give these a try - so yummy!

Best marinade I ever had! I didn't have time to marinate for the full 4 hours, only 1 hour, but the flavor was amazing, perfectly balanced! Also just poured over some chicken kebabs at the last minute, can't wait to try it with the full 4 hours. You never go wrong with Alton's recipes!

These kabobs are best eaten off the grill. Once they become cold, they were awful

Delicious........I reduced the amount of vinegar a bit and added a dash of onion powder, but thought the kebabs were awesome.

Made this for the first time today and it was a big hit. I marinated them for about 8 hours and would do it overnight next time. Very tasy and flavors were great. I was worried there was too much vinegar but it was perfect! Definitely recommend.

I added a little more salt and pepper to mine, and it was phenomenal. These were the best kebabs I have ever had. Thanks again Alton!

I toned down the Vinegar a bit and threw in a half teaspoon of smoked chipotle.... marinate longer if you can... AWSOME result!!!
Great job Alton
