Very pretty and tasty, and couldn't be easier. The berry seeds were a problem, but I used a frozen berry mix that included blackberries, and I think that was the problem. Could not even taste the tofu, make sure you use the silken kind and blend well. Will make again without blackberries!

Not the best fruit smoothie I've ever had, but it has to be the healthiest. And with the added health benefits who wouldn't like this recipe? This smoothie makes for a happy day!

I have tired tofu before and I was never going to try it again, but when I had this, it was great. I would have given 5 stars, but the berries are a bit overwhelming and get stuck in your teeth.

My husband and I really liked this smoothie; however, the addition of tofu may not be pleasant to the typical American palate as many of the reviews seem to demonstrate.

Alls you could taste was the tofu! I like a creamy smoothie myself.

Maybe that's why my kids wouldn't drink it.
