very creamy and a bit tangy...didn't have a piece of ginger, but did have a jar of chopped ginger, put a tiny bit in the blender with other ingredients and let 'er rip...yummy!

I loved the combination of Mango and Ginger. Be sure to buy a fresh piece of ginger as it will be hard to get the juice out if not. I didn't get much juice, so I ground the ginger to a pulp and threw it in - still tastes great!
