Super easy and delicious. The better the sausage used, the better the skewers. We found that using artichoke bottoms rather than hearts made them easier to make in mass quantities and actually had more artichoke flavor.

Yum! Thanks for the make-ahead tip by previous reviewer (assemble skewers then reward sausage right before assembly. I used 1/2 spicy suasage & 1/2 sun dried tom/basil sausage and subbed goat cheese for the artichoke heart. I loved the spicy one but all were gobbled up and e/o asked what was on the skewer.

Excellent appetizer to make for entertaining at your home or to bring with you. It is highly versatile and the sausage can be served room temperature. I will be making this again

I saw this recipe and thought it looked really good even though I'm not a sun-dried tomato fan. I made this for a tailgating party this past weekend and they were a big hit. Everyone loved them and I got several requests for the recipe. It's easy to change or add ingredients as well. Thank you, Ellie. This recipe is a keeper and will be used again & again.

These flew off the tray! I would definately recommend cooking the sausage whole, then slicing. Some didn't want to stand up. Try these, you won't be sorry!

Made these today for a baby shower. They were a big hit and so pretty! They look much more impressive than they actually are and taste great. I added small balls of fresh mozzerella and they were awesome!
