was watching the 30 min show on 12/31 and had no idea what to have for my six granddaughters and their friend the sliders looked delish. Went to Price Chopper and picked up the ingredents. What a hit the sliders and fries out of this world went through 4 lbs of shrimp. Oh yeah there was also 4 adults. All plates were clean with no left overs. My varitions were Toasted the dinner rolls on the grill put Ai in the meat mixture with garlic salt, onion salt and parsley Made a sauce for the topping of mayo and chiptole BBQ sauce ummmm and topped the slider with swiss chesse.Plus I used all the toppings that Rachel had.

Yummm! Made these for New Years Eve with friends. They were a big hit! We put them on little hawaiian sweet rolls. They were very easy to make, with little mess. Will definitely make them again.

Fantastic recipe! Sometimes I add fennel to the meat sauce which is also great. I'm not a big left over fan but this is a meal I'll double the recipe so i can take my lunch to work for the week!

I am thirteen and my friend and I made these together as we both LOVE to cook and they were sooo good! Really nice and juicy with the added flavor from the parsley. : They were good for something different and super easy too with the fries as a perfect accompiant!

I bought 80% beef and those small dinner rolls that you buy in the packaged bread section - the kind that say "heat and serve" on them.

There was a lot of fat in the pan - no problem, though - took the whole pan and tilted it over the sink and drained it out (better there than in my stomach. The burgers were juicy, not fatty and looked so cute- I bought a football shaped platter for the Superbowl and arranged them on that. Assembly is a little tedious, so it's nice to have an extra set of hands to speed it up.

Everyone loved these when I made them, but I'm a bit a perfectionist so they weren't my absolute favorite - definitely good though. They are very easy to make, I made them for New Years Eve and I mixed the meat and put it into the pan earlier in the day and popped it in the oven around 9:30. Next time I make these I might use an 85/15 beef instead of the 90/10 sirloin.

My husband and I made these to take to a New Year's Eve Party we were invited to. We followed the recipe as is with a couple of exceptions. On half I added cheese and when they were completely cooked I removed them from pan to a towel lined tray to drain...it was pretty juicy and I didn't want the bread to get soggy. We were very impressed with the ease of this recipe as well as presentation and taste. Very good.

We simplified even further with worcestershire, salt, pepper and fried onions. Those sweet King's Hawaiian dinner rolls add a nice touch. Works with cheaper meats too--just have to baste off the fat. Sooooooooooooo yummy.
