    Great quesadilla! I combined it with Tyler Florence's tomatillo salsa, and it was wonderful! With jalapenos already in the salsa, I ended up not using them in the quesadilla, as it was a little too much heat for me.

    I would use 3 jalapenos instead of four. Other than that, these were a-ma-zing. My husband ate about 8 pieces by himself!

    This recipe was super delicioso!! It was not your typical plain quesadilla. My son loved them. No leftovers. I used whatever shredded cheese I had in my fridge. I didn't have provolone so I used mozarella. I told my mom about these delicious quesadillas and she's going to make them also.
