This is a great summer meal!!!! DOing it on a grill pan makes it easier than running back and forth from the Bar b Q to the kitchen especially if you have other dishes going on. However it is totally manageable on the grill and i prefer it. make sure to make it with the orange and red onion salad. It is also amazing. As a side not, i actually prefer this dish with chicken thighs instead of veal

I didn't have veal chops or olives, so I used pork chops and skipped the olives entirely. And it was delicious! I'll be making this often.
Only suggestion is maybe to use a little less balsamic vinegar and a little more olive oil, because the dressing is a bit thin, particularly once it goes on the meat.

This recipe is awesome and pretty easy to make. The flavor is bright and pairs wonderfully with the veal. Make sure to get good, thick chops and sear them well. The result is fantastic!
