My husband actually cooks for us almost everynight, so I'm a bit of a stranger in the kitchen. This recipe was super easy and unbelievably delicious. We had a few people over dinner the night I made it, and everyone flipped for the dish. I highly recommend the Swordfish Spiedini and have already emailed the recipe to a bunch of friends!

This was good but was a little bland maybe marinading the swordfish may help.

Made this for Memorial Day cookout, except I used one pound of shrimp and one pound of swordfish instead of just swordfish. Still worked out beautifully. Guests cleaned them out before burgers were done! Only other thing I would change is to buy more pancetta. I bought a half pound and still ran out when doing my skewers.

This recipes is so easy. The fish is very moist and tasty. The pancetta really makes this dish special. I used metal skewers and it works out great

I made this last night for dinner with some rice pilaf and my husband and sons LOVED it! They can't wait for me to make it again.

Thank you, Giada, for another favorite recipes :

I'm not usually a big swordfish fan, but this was wonderful. Experiment with other light fish also...works just as well!

The only reason this recipe doesn't get 5/5 is because we could not make the pancetta stay on the skewers and it ended up falling through the grill grates and the fat was flaring the fire (we used an outdoor gas grill. We just put the pancetta on the grill kind of like bacon and cooked the fish separately; we then ate the swordfish and pancetta together. It was really delicious.

This was delicious. My husband is not the biggest fan of swordfish but loved this. I had the pancetta sliced very thin and it cooked evenly with the fish.
