This was a great recipe..very easy to make and to clean up. I used kettle corn (microwave it took less then 2 bags. I also added more molasses to it...and added cashews. yummy. It took longer then 15 min for me...in my oven, but u do need to check it often so u dont burn it i almost did...it comes out a little soft and wet, but it will harden after u take it out of the oven. love it!!!

Great simple recipe! Made with honey and molasses instead or corn syrup. Not too sweet and perfectly crunchy. HINTS: Use fresh popcorn, not microwave. Put a few cups of popcorn into a plastic container with a lid and one to two ladles of syrup and shake for easy coating- repeat until all popcorn is coated. Use a spatula to press the corn into the baking pan for even cooking. Check after 15 minutes and look for lightly tanned popcorn (not sticky. Yummy!

This caramel corn was so great! I added a little extra molasses to make it taste more caramel-y. I was afraid the clean-up would be hard but it was really fairly easy. Next time I'll probably double the recipe- my family eats a lot of caramel corn!

NO SUGAR? how can that be? well don't turn this one away. its quik, easy, & we could always use less processed sugar. It crisps up beautifully, yet is chewy when it gets to the mouth. I made it for my sons 1st grade class, & got rave reviews! I also used Kettle popcorn(microwave. SUPER

I'm notorious for "a little more is always better" I added more molassas and it yielded a Great sweet carmel flavor. I'll make it again and this time add pecans!
