    This was a good recipe. Perfect amount of wasabi to add for flavor. Not too strong and not too bland. Loved this.

    These tasted fantastic. Loved the kick. On of the chefs on Iron Chef made a dish with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes. The judges loved it. This wasn't the iron chef recipe, because they added more on top, but it was delish!

    But I thought the taste of it in mashed potatoes was just truly horrible. A bizzare clash of flavor. Sorry. Just my 2 cents.

    This was a good recipe, but I did delete the buttermilk and add regular milk and cut the wasabi in half. Everyone enjoyed it with the meatloaf I made. I'd make it again!

    The potatoes were an unappetizing greenish color and so gluey that you could hang wallpaper with them.
