Thanks to Dave, I now have experimented with every imaginable base for granitas...but I have to admit I like his grapefruit granitas the best! His recipes are very trustworthy and I always know I can count on him for good advice.

This is a great way to end a meal!
Easy to make, satisfying and refreshing! My family loves it and my daughter in law has put in on their list of favorite lite deserts.
