My hubby and I made this for an anniversary getaway - we had a grill and some tongs, so I went ahead and marinated the chicken ahead of time, put the pea-mint sauce in a tupperware, and then we just grilled it up! This would be fun for a beach bbq away from home. I loved the flavors in the chicken and I thought it'd be fine on its own, but my hubby loved the sauce.

My husband said it right when he said, "There's just too much going on." Between the mint, the peas, the honey, cilantro & jalepano there are too many flavors trying to mesh.

all of you have missed the boat on this one, try it on grilled lamb chops, to die for,
also used leftover sauce as a dip for grilled shrimp and over pasta, this is the greatest and easiet sauce ever, i might try it with basil and leave out the jalapeno next time just for a change of pace, i bet u could even mix in some parm and have a really great low cal pesto
p.s. my husband hates peas, but devoured this sauce

I was not exactly sure what I was going to get with this recipe at first, but after making it, I would highly recommend it! The flavors of the sauce with the chicken are out of this world. I thought there might be a little too much mint and cilantro for my liking, fearing it would overwhelm the sauce, but the combination is just right. You can literally taste every ingredient used in the dish. Awesome!

I made this healthy dish for my final project in a culinary class and it was a huge hit. The sauce is really the kicker, you do need the seeds and all with the jalapeno, and goes great with the sweetness of the glaze.

My husband and I love this dish!! We need lots of flavor in our food and usually like something with a little tang or spice. I follow this recipe exactly and it always turns out great. If you like a little spice, make sure to use a nice big jalapeno. I will
agree that there is some leftover sauce. But as we drench our food in sauce anyways it works out just fine. We also like this dish because with the colors it makes for a nice presentation on the plate! My only complaint is that I always make a bit of a mess while cooking this~ dishes, sauce everywhere!

I recommend this dish to make! I followed the directions as the recipe called for and it was a huge hit! The flavors don't clash and it has a great flavor.
My family was raving over it. The only thing is there was a lot of extra sauce. I bet you could actually cut the sauce recipe in half. For now, I might use it for chip dip. Not really sure.

I had cut my chicken like chicken tenders and grilled them, adding the glaze near the end. It's great like tenders because it's easier on the go. Just add the sauce in little containers and dip!

I'm not a big fan of peas, but in all honesty this tasted fantastic. I'll make this again for sure!

to the glaze. Really made the glaze sticky and flavorful.

I was surprised with the sauce. However in my opinion, the sauce recipe could be cut by half easily. Not sure what I will do with al that sauce.

I know this isn't the place to comment about the new site, but after looking for someplace to talk about my frustrations, I don't know where else to go. I can't acess my Recipe box, except for 3 recipes, in each catagory. The recipes are hard to acess and if you want to view comments, to have to go back and find the day, and recipe, and other recipes from the day and time, is hard and time consuming. I used to love this site, not it's just frustrating. I think I'll have to find someplace else to go.
