This dessert is wonderful. It's nice to have an ice cream that's different. I made this for my family and they loved it.

This was absolutely delicious. One of the best and definitely the easiest desserts I've ever prepared at home. It tastes like an expensive restaurant style Banana's Foster. We made it on the stovetop and it took exactly 10 minutes. This would be great to serve at a dinner party because you would only have to step away for a few minutes to prepare it and it's very inexpensive. Buy the bourbon in an airplane size bottle if you don't have bourbon on hand. We will definitely make this again!!

This was so simple to make and was a huge hit. I will be making this again for special occasions. Did this on the stove top instead of grill, worked great. Definitely be careful pouring in the Bourbon.

This was amazing. It's as easy as it looks and sounds. The key is definitly the bourbon. Try it! Thank you BF!!

This took no time at all to make from start to finish. I only cut the bananas in half once and it worked just fine. They may break up on their own once cooking but it's fine. I didn't think that we had enough butter at first b/c before you put in the bananas to the mixture it just seems too dry and gritty from the sugar but it will all be fine once the bananas go into the pan. I guess some sugar and water from the bananas make the sauce really come together. Once the bananas are added, the sauce is to die for...just the right consistency and sweetness. You must have vanilla ice cream though to get the full effect. I couldn't imagine this dish without the ice cream. One piece of advice...use a bowl to serve b/c once the banana mixture goes over the ice cream it gets a little runny so it may be easier to manage and get every little last bit out of the bowl versus a plate. I absolutely LOVED this and would definitely impress any guests you may have over for entertaining. Thanks so much, Bobby!! Also, we prepared this inside on our gas cooktop...so don't think this is only a grill thing!

Let me start by saying that I am not a banana fan. In fact I wouldn't mind if I never ate another. Having said that, I truely enjoyed this desert! My husband and mother-in-law love bananas and this is something that I can make that we all enjoy. Thank you!
