Left off the olives - hubby and I aren't a fan of them - and just used one whole frozen cheese pizza - for the lack of a biscuit cutter. This was so delicious, though!

This was actually a very tasty dish. Pay no mind to those haters who clearly can't understand the difference between the terms "AUTHENTIC MEXICAN" & "MEXICAN INSPIRED"!

Very good and recipe does not say "authentic" Mexican as pizza is really an Italian dish. This is an American dish using some mexican flavors. Made in the USA.

I just felt like this wasn't a very exciting dish. The main ingrediants suggested regular pizza rather than mexican style. Only the cold garnished made it mexican.

This recipe was really good. I reduced the salsa to about 1 jar and I only used one bag of cheese. I was a little skeptical, but it turned out very tasty.

I agree Kathy from Kettering. To use Sloppy Sandy and the wonderful Paula Dean in the same sentence must mean the H%LL has frozen over.
This was an exellent recipe, I just left off the chopped ham. Us Hillbillies aint real big on Huham.
