The minute I saw Paula make this on her show I knew I had to try it. However, because it's not the healthiest and so I wouldn't eat the WHOLE CHICKEN, I made it for a potluck dinner my husband and I were going to. It was a HUGE SUCCESS!!! It's easy to follow and you can't go wrong. I'm not a huge fan of honey but with all the butter, you don't really get a strong taste of the honey (LOL. Thanks for sharing Paula

i didn't fry the chicken per paulas recipe, but the pecan glaze was fabulous! @ first, i served it on the side, but poured it over the leftovers because everyone raved! it's not an everyday recipe, as it's horrible on the figure. but, occasionally, i will indulge...guilt-free.

Wasn't sure how my southern family would react to me changing up their fried chicken but they loved it!!! The glaze makes it SO GOOD!

I really had high hopes for this one, however it was just alright. I have had better fried chicken and the sauce looked better than it tasted.

I tried it on regular ,bone-in Chicken and as Chickenfingers for my two Boys .I have to say , I always dreaded to make fried Chicken but not anymore !!!!!!!!!I omitted the Pecansauce ( we really do not eat all that much sweet stuff and keep that for belgian Waffels on Sunday .My picky Boys keep asking for more everytime I make it.It is simple ,everybody has all Ingredients in the Kitchen and the Mess can be kept at a minimum since there is only 1 Bowl and a Paperbag!!My Boys love the "Shakey,Shakey"Part the most and i am happy to include them in the Dinnermaking Process.Paula, thank you for a Dish i don't have to worry about , I know it always comes out perfect!!I even send your recipy to my Sister and mom in Germany and they love it also.
