    I tried the mashed super skins with steak and pepper hash and it was wonderful. My husband and I thought it was great too, because I usually have the ingredients on hand. We have made this recipe quite a few times since we've had it.

    This was a simple meal. The steak was very tender and everything was full of flavor. Since there were so few ingredients I now know this recipe by heart and will make it more often!

    Both are great, but I would have liked the potatoes better with another dish, like a grilled steak.

    The beef and pepper hash is also excellent; I prepared it with an uncooked, leftover piece of meat. Adding the veggies really helped fill the meal out where my wife and I were able to split it.

    Very yummy...great for a blustery fall or winter supper! Careful not to over cook steak or reduce juices of hash too much, really good over the potatoes!!

    Great dish! I didn't do the mashed potatoes part because I didn't have any potatoes on hand. So I just did the beef portion and served it over rice. OUTSTANDING!!! The only changes I made were to use flank steak instead of sirloin, and 1 T of dried thyme instead of fresh. Great recipe. Quick, easy, and tasty!
