I really want to give this recipe 4.5 stars. I love this recipe! The almond extract makes these a little addictive. Watch the oven times/temperature carefully and you should have a success every time!

Made these for Christmas cookies and almost ate half of them before putting
them in tins for gifts. I used all three types of choco chips, dark, milk and white.
Seemed like a lot of chips compared to the batter but it turned out fine. Cooling on the racks is the key to chrispy cookies. Great recipe!

First batch burnt at 15 min. Had to lower temp to 325 and time to 12 min. to get right consistency, not hard, crisp outside, delicate inside.

These really came out great. Very easy to make and they were still a bit soft inside the next day.
