Have made these twice now...once for the family, and the other on Super Bowl Sunday for 25 guests! They went like hot cakes and our friends are still talking about them! Use good tequila - it does make a differenc.

A solid recipe, yielding good results--I just wasn't too crazy about the glaze--but that's just a matter of taste.

This was a very delicious variation to baby backs!!!! We have made this 3 times and each time I have made more and more ribs, and each time they are GONE!All our guests have asked for the recipe. It is a little time consuming but worth it. I cooked them in the oven till done, and then put them on the grill for 15 min. to crisp them.

This is a great recipe for ribs. Try altering the recipe with a pineappple-apricot jelly when guava is not available! It was a hit is our household!

Can't go wrong with this one. Don't get cheap on the Tequila however, 100 % de Agave or nothing should be your slogan!!! Tequila ribs - to die for!!!
