    I made these for a New Year's Eve party and what a hit!! I didn't want to splurge on lobster (I was making these for a fairly large crowd so I used shrimp instead. Also the dipping sauce was a little too "citrusy" so I added a little sugar to the mix. Wow - were they good!! Just don't try to make these too far ahead of time. I did and my wrappers disinegrated!!
