Very, very tasty and so easy. Two tsp. of kosher salt was too much for us, so next time I will start with half a tsp. and add more if needed. Definitely a keeper!

I didn't have any fresh corn, so I used 4 cups of frozen (microwaved. I had everything else and followed the directions. It had great flavors and was super easy!

So yummy....I was concerned about raw corn and little seasoning but this was very good. Fresh sweet with just enough seasoning. No adders no changes necessary. Since I used tomatoes from my garden with so much flavor, I don't think store bought tomatoes would do this recipe justice. A Keeper!

Delicious, fresh and easy! There's no need to cook the corn. Since it's in season, the corn is wonderful raw and so sweet. I also used the small mozzarella balls and basil fresh from the garden. My family loved it. Yum.

Fantastic summer salad! The scallions and basil really compliment the other ingredients well. I used white balsamic vinegar and heirloom grape tomatoes fresh from the farmers market. I had a ton of feta that needed to be used, so I substituted feta for the fresh mozz. It was amazing! For the corn, I started with a pot of cold water, added the shucked corn cobs, brought the water to a slow boil, then I only allowed the corn to boil for 8 minutes to ensure it was no overcooked. This left plenty of milky corn goodness. It was a huge hit at our summer picnic, and this will definitely be a recipe that is used often in our household. Highly recommend!

Very, very good as well as quick and easy. Took it to a dinner with friends and received many compliments and requests for the recipe. I used a mixture of yellow and white corn kernels, and small mozzarella balls. Very pretty and very tasty.

This recipe was phenomenal! Use fresh corn and leave it raw. If you cook or grill the corn first, you won't get all the corn "milk" which makes the salad even sweeter.

Very good taste and texture. It's pretty good with the raw corn but I will try it grilled or sauteed next time.

This salad was simply delicious! It was a hit with our gourmet group. The corn was cooked a bit which really brought out the sweetness of the corn.
