Everyone in my house loves this recipe, and I always get compliments when I make it for parties! To lighten it up a little, I use reduced fat mayo, and add a splash of white vinegar to 1/4 c skim milk for the buttermilk - you'd never know the difference.

My boyfriend raves about this and we fight over the leftovers! The only thing i do differently is add hard-cooked eggs & omit the dill--just a personal preference.

This was just great. I used two 1.5 lb microwavable bags of red skin potatoes. You cook them for 8 minutes, quarter them,. and add the mayonaise mixture You are through in about 10 minutes. Very fast and really tasty. I served this with the BBQ ribs and everyone loved it.
I would definitely make this recipe again.

We eat a lot of potato salad in the south and I have to say this is the best one I've ever tasted. Will definitely make again and again.

I made this for a team building function at work, and people loved it. It is so good and so easy that I will make it often so I can eat on it all week for lunch or dinner. Ina is awesome, and every recipe of hers I have attempted has been great.

This is the same recipe as her potato salad from her "Pooch Party" show. This is an excellent recipe for potato salad. The only change I made is added 6 hard boiled eggs. I will definitely make this again.

This was a big success at my cookout. I never again will boil potatoes. Ina's way of cooking them is the only way to cook potatoes for a salad.

This is the best potato salad. My family likes a simple potato salad, not a lot of ingredients and this definitely is to our satisfaction. It's also easy to make. I'm taking it to a monthly ladies get together and barbecue this weekend.
