I rarely use ground chicken but I liked this recipe. Just make sure to use a good quality syrup, its what makes the sausage so good!!

These were a huge hit. We did them for dinner and now we make the sausage patties and freeze them for an even quicker meal.

I just made this for dinner and it turned out great. I thought this was a great lower-fat alternative to regular sausage. I didn't think the english muffins needed buttering and I think you only need one egg per sandwich.

This recipie makes the greatest breakfast for a special day like Mother's Day, or even any holiday really. It's quick, easy, and of course great tasting. When i made this myself while being the age of only 14 it was a piece of cake and turned out amazingly good, and my mom loved it in every way possible.

If, like us, you enjoy breakfast sausage but don't enjoy all the toxic additives found in supermarket sausage, this is a great recipe!

We found that we prefer our eggs, toast, and sausage separate rather than in a sandwich, but otherwise this recipe is huge hit in our family whether it's for brunch or a quick and easy dinner.

Finally, easy sausages I can make without the sausage machine. I used turkey instead of chicken and it tasted great. Next time though I will put half less maple syrup as it was a bit too sweet for my taste.

I made these Sammies around the holidays and I have to say that they came out pretty tasty; even for someone who is not so big on cooked apples. Definitely worth the try.
