Just what I was searching for! These sausages were welcomed by my family! I felt good about serving them due to the lower fat content. Lots of flavor and taste!! Didn't serve them on sandwiches, though. They were fine alone.

I liked it...it reminded me of the McDonalds McGriddle (without the guilt. My husband didn't like it, but only because he isn't a fan of "sweet" + "meat". I only used 1/2 an apple, and 1/2 onion, and it tasted fine. I also used ground pork, and that was great too. I would recommend splitting the meat into 8 sections instead of 4, and using regular size english muffins instead of the sandwich size because they turn out huge! Would definitey recommend!

We have made this with both chicken and turkey. We love the savory flavor and will make the sausage to stuff crepes with both the sausage and cheese. Hardest part is saving enough for a leftovers at breakfast!

My husband and I are on diets, so the apple-maple chicken sausage fit right into our menu. I did mix real eggs with EggBeaters and had our meal on plates without using the muffin. It was perfect ... quick, easy, delicious!

It was good but not great. I would recommend cutting up the apple really fine to distribute the flavor which is something that I did not do. And it can easily make 6-8 patties.

I happened to watch this episode while my ground turkey was thawing, so I thought I'd give it a try. Several of the reviews said it could work any time of day, so I made the patties and served them with some veggies and salad. It was great!

The recipe doesn't mention onion, but she uses it on the show. I didn't saute them first, just fine diced them and added to the meat mixture. It was easy enough and I prepped the patties a few hours before I needed to cook them.

Super tasty...will make again. I asked my husband if he'd want them for breakfast and he said he's more of a waffle kind of guy (ya know something with syrup. I thought that was funny b/c the recipe calls for it, ha!

I thought these were great! My husband is not big on sugar, so he thought they were too sweet. I love sweets so I actually prefer them with a little more maple syrup. I fry the eggs instead of scramble them, because they aren't quite as messy this way. Also, I make 6-8 smaller sausage patties instead of 4 big ones.

We enjoyed these very much especially since the ground chicken is low in fat and calories. Lots of flavor and good texture. I wasn't so sure about all the syrup but it turned out wonderful!!
