    Rachael,
This was great and quick but the recipe listed on your site left out the onions.
I thought you might want to fix it.

    Thanks!

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and currently live here. But when I was a child, I use to go to Maryland ALOT and l loved all the good country food, like country ham, Maryland blue crabs and fried chicken all homemade (well not the ham. I miss it there and these sausage patties brought so much great nostalgia. These definitely taste homamade, but are so good, they could be served at your neighborhood diner.

I love the taste of homemade. I used ground turkey and a gala apple and both worked well. Also, I had no poultry seasoning so I substituted fresh thyme. Very good flavor. A bit sweet for me so I'll cut back a little on the syrup next time. Definitely a keeper recipe though. Thanks Rachel!

Tasty and simple. I couldn't find ground chicken, so I used ground turkey breast. I also substituted ground sage for the poultry seasoning, and added chopped shallot. Instead of steak seasoning I just used garlic powder, salt and pepper. My family loved it! I served them on honey wheat English muffins. With some hash browns and fruit on the side, it made an excellent breakfast-for-supper!
