Really quick and really easy. I didn't measure anything, and I think I put in less of each of the spices than the recipe calls for, but it was still delicious. Next time I'd even cut back a little further on the brown sugar - the apples are sweet enough. Overall, one of my new favorite desserts!

I thought it was great, a bit sweeter than necessary, but a delightful dessert. I actually think, I will use the recipe as an inspiration for sprusing up baked apples.

This turned out great with all the flavor of the apples and not the fat of the crust. Thanks, Racheal

This is too good for words. Easy to make dessert and scrumptious with some ice cream.

Can't get over how the flavor and smell of apple pie explodes with this recipe.

I have changed the apples, peeled old apples and unpeeled, used fresh ginger and ground ginger, and it keeps coming out fantastic. Slightly different each time but same over all great combination. Spices can cause easy shifts in flavor but have not served to anyone who did not rave about how good it was.

Ice cream can also be replaced with warm rice and whipped cream.

    Another keeper. Thanks
