Hi Rachel I watch you everyday and love your shows and other shows as well. I have to say your recipes are awesome. I love to watch you and hope one day I will get to meet you, but that will never happen at all. YOUR the Famous one not me. I'm just a person who loves you and your shows. Im agreat FAN of yours and Paula Deans too. I love watching you go to town on cooking and wish I could do the same thing. How you cut things so fast and prepare them easy is beyound me.

Keep up the great work and thank you
for your wonderful work and recipes

I'm trying to simplify my holiday menu this year. This is delicious but quick. A crowd pleaser!

I have made this several times, one
time substituted pears for the apples
and served it with oatmeal at breakfast. Fantastic. Made it for my
family on Sunday 10/3 for dessert with
apples and ice cream. Truly great. I bet this would be good over French Toast and or bread pudding. Going to try it with peaches next summer.

This is totally yummy, but I love the ice cream soaking into the crust. So I took another tip from Rachael and some quick individual phyllo shells in giant muffin cups. That made this super yum!

You will have that cozy, warm & traditional scent of
'homemade'. This is pie filling without the pastry - no
biggie! A crunch topping or nut streusel.

Wonderful. I might even add raisins next time. Hard to improve upon though.
