For some reason, I kept reading "couscous" instead of polenta and ended up making couscous instead. It still was good & flavorful.
Glad I only used 1/4 the hot sauce called for, as our family doesn't like to breath fire after dinner.
This recipe seems rather run-of-the-mill, so I would probably try to make something else, before making this again.

This didn't taste like creole shrimp I've had at cajun restaurants. It didn't taste horrible but it was not what I expected.

This was a really nice recipe if you're in the mood for a little 'cajun' themed food. How authentic is it - not sure, BUT, my husband was born and raised in Louisiana and he enjoyed it. I think it would also be good with shredded chicken. The grits make it just unusual enough to be fun...it's a keeper.

This recipe received a "That was really good." from my husband, not only the night I served it, but also the next day. That response was noteable because he normally finds Creole Shrimp too bland for his taste. Rachael did it again!

Really good and easy. Just make sure to keep adding stock or liquid if you have to keep the polenta creamy any length of time or it will clump up.

Fast and easy to make. The rewards are out of this world. This meal was so tastey we will definately make it again. Instead of cornmeal we used brown rice and it was fantastic. This is a new favorite in our house!

I posted my comments incorrectly under Seafood Gumbo, but it was meant for this fantastic recipe...'My family loved it! They could not get enough. I replaced the grits with paella. I secretly saved a serving and froze it for next day lunch; it tasted even better! I will definitely server this again and again.'
