So disappointing!! I spent so much time, followed the recipe perfectly and it had HUGE cracks in it after only 45 mins! I doubt I can get it out of the pan in one piece with out the sides falling off! Now I am considering NOT bringing it to the party and just going out and buying one instead! I don't know how it tastes yet but it looks terrible. I should have listened to the other reviews and done a warm water bath!!

Love this cheesecake! Made it for the first time for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it and asked where I had bought it! lol

Love this cheesecake! It is so simple and so delicious. I make it, top it wish some homemade whipped cream and berries. It'll get 'em every time!

This was an absolutely delectable cheesecake!! The entire family loved it. It was super easy to make and super yummy! i didnt use his crust though, because my dad has a recipe for graham cracker crust that he loves and wont try any other crust. Overall, an amazing recipe that I will definately be making again soon! Emeril is one amazing chef!

I baked this cheesecake last night and served it for dinner tonight. Everyone loved it. The only change I made was using graham cracker in the crust instead of the wafers. My husband who is not a big cheesecake fan enjoyed this one immensely. The strawberries I used to garnish the cake with gave it a burst of freshness. Just a tiny sliver satisfies the dessert craving as it is pretty rich and delicious.

i just made this cheesecake last night! the recipe is different then my moms (which im used to making! but this was delicious!!! the only thing i didn't do right...was i put it in the refrigerator too soon. I didn't let it cool enough. So it seemed a little crusty! But other then that...very good!

This recipe was delicious. Well worth the price for the ingredients. My husbands grandfather was a chocolatier and passed away before giving out his chocolate cheesecake recipe. My husband says this is the closest we've found in 5 years.

I made this for both Thanksgiving and Christmas for our family and it was gone in no time. Everyone loved it, it was delicious. So easy to make, just a little time consuming to wait for it to cool, to refrigerate. We served it with whip cream and drizzled choc. syrup over the top as if it wasn't rich enough.
