I love this salad. It is so flavorful and just plain delicious. It would be good as a sandwich as well. Bobby never disappoints me. I will be making this a lot this summer!

Surprised Flag acually liked this recipe. It seems good, but is not authentic salpicao. most common is shredded chicken meat with mayo, shredded carrots, raisins & potato sticks, sometimes mixed in or served on top. Not bad for a gringo! bom dia!

As usual with recipes from Bobby Flay, this one was full of flavors, tastes, & textures. I followed the recipe exactly except that I used red wine vinegar since I was out of white. I doubled the recipe and thought I would definitely have left overs, but no such luck! My husband and two sons could not get enough. Yummy!

Recepie is very good but it would help to correctly spell the dish: Salpicao, not salpacio.

We have made this a few times and love it. We decided to serve the chicken salad in a grilled tortilla and that made it even better so we always serve it that way. Very good!!!!

I just made this recipe and loved it! I cut the amount of dressing in 1/2 and still had plenty. Also used low fat mayo. Next time, I'm going to add some chopped celery and in lieu of the vegetable chip sticks, I'm going to sprinkle with almonds or some other nut. This would be great in a wrap!

this is a really great salad. i added a bit of lime juice for a citrus kick and some dried cranberries ("craisins" for some chewy sweetness to round it out. real happy with it...

This recipe is the bomb!!! We saw the show that morning and decided it looked pretty appetizing. I bought the few ingredients I didn't have on hand. Next time, though I would cut back the onions to just one onion because the ones I had were fairly big. Other than that this is one of my new favorite recipes. Flay made another fabuloso dish. Fo shizzle!
