I made them without the sauce and added some ketchup and peppers just for lack of not having those ingredients and they turned out wonderful. My husband is still raving about them and I thought he would just die when he saw the spinach in them. He loved them.

The burgers are moist and flavorful! Easy to make and quick too. I put the yogurt dip on the burger and skipped the fries.

Anyone looking for the greek yogurt, Trader Joes carries it.

WOW! These burgers were excellent and a great alternative to regular red meat. They were juicy and had great taste. The yogurt dip was FANTASTIC! One of the best recipes ever!

I absolutely love this recipe! I make it all the time, and I usually don't repeat much. I am waiting for my husband to get sick of it, but thank goodness it hasn't happened yet. Thanks Rachel!

This is an awesome recipe! When I make it I double the recipe and freeze the remaining burgers. They freeze great and make dinner very easy!

These burgers are great! With the tasty sauces, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and greens, they are perfect even without the bun. The seasoning is key.

I made these after watching the show and then hearing it on XM radio. My husband had planned to order in pizza (his favorite thing and was a little sad when I brought the ingredients in. But, he wasn't sad for long. He was raving about the best burgers. And - he got lots of spinach (I served them in pita with extra baby spinch, cukes, yogurt and onions. Will definitely make this many times again!
