It was good, but I would do without the parsley - I made it without parsley on accident and liked it better. Also be careful not to burn the cabbage in the broiler - make sure scallops are covering the cabbage completely, or cook them separately.

I love scallops; however, I'm usually not fond of cooked cabbage. THIS recipe is delicious though - and surprisingly so! My husband & I kept commenting "It's so much better than I thought it would be. It's really good." while eating. The smell of cooked cabbage & the strong smell of vinegar when added to the hot pan was a bit overwhelming; however, it's perfect once you're eating the meal. My husband & I felt there was actually too much broth with the cabbage (the recipe was a bit unclear regarding whether to add it all to the baking dish or not, but not a big deal. Still deee-lish!

YUM. I made this for my family and it was a hit with everyone!! It is really hard to get my kids to eat cabbage but, they ate this all up! I will definitely keep this one, and make again and again.

I cut down on the butter slightly (but only by about 1 tbs and it was still mmm mm good. The other reviewer is right - don't worry about vinegar overkill. It tastes great once you actually pour it over the scallops/cabbage.

I reduced the cabbage boiling time from about 20 min total to 15 min total

Also I omitted the raisins and substituted cider vinegar with 2 parts red wine vinegar and 1 part water

Great dish!!! Orginally I was a little reluctant to put scallops with cabbage. I thought what an odd combination. But husband and I loved it. The capers added bursts of flavor. Will definitely make this dish again.

These were mm-mm good. I made them for my boyfriend and I even burnt the raisins (I'm an amateur! and we both still loved them!! But I will definitely make these again and my raisins will be perfect and plump. I love food network. I'll be dreaming about this recipe until I make it again.

These are the best Scallops I have ever had. Will definitely add this to the rotation. And... It's so easy! When making the pan sauce, I got a little concerned because it tasted very vinegary but once you poor it on the scallops and cabbage, it works perfectly.

I love to cook, and saw the picture of this recipe. Wondering what all the ingredients put together would taste like I tried it. Well it was wonderful, and my husband also agreed. Told me not to loose this recipe, as he would want it again.
