I made these cute little sandwich bites for the cocktail hour at a wedding I catered. Huge success! Very tasty.

Made two for a party and they went over well. Everyone thought they were 'cute' and tasty. We had some chopped/shredded prosciutto that we put on our second sandwich and it added great flavor.

Awesome idea! I made this for my family and it was a hit. I chose to precut the bacon to make my life easier. This is something that will suit many different tastes because you can easily alter ingredients. For an upcoming holiday open house, I will be making two varieties. In addition to the original, I am adding a roast beef selection.

Oh Yum!.. The grilled focaccia with the pesto was so awesome on a turkey sandwich; my son actually said it tasted like it came from a gourmet restaurant. In trying to be healthier I cut out the bacon and eggs. I used pepper-jack cheese just because it's what I had and added some Romaine lettuce leaves. I also added olive oil to the pan when grilling the bread. I will definatley make this again! Oh and I made homemade "Basil Pesto" from this site! Thank you!

I made this recipe for a party and it was well-received. On the pricier side to prepare, by the time you track down all the ingredients. Whole foods and Safeway do not sell focaccia bread so I followed the recommendations and found it at Panera. I made the recipe as directed with no adjustments. Next time I might lather the pesto on a little thicker. Not sure if the crepes did anything for flavor but they were easy to make and added a nice color. I would make this again, it is a great make-ahead dish and inspires one to want to be creative with what's in between the bread.

I added some grated parmesan cheese to the egg crepe and it really added flavor. In fact my daughter loves to eat just the crepes for breakfast. Really made a difference.

This is a go to recipe for me when I need to send something for my husbands office potlucks. Instead of the egg crepe, I mix some cream cheese and sun dried tomato jam (another great recipe from Giada and smear that on the focaccia. It adds a great flavor and helps the sandwich to hold together for the trip.

Amazing! As a good gay friend I made it for my friends wedding shower! All the ladies LOVED it. A perfect appetizer because it is light and dainty but still has some substance. They were devoured!

My sister-in-law made this for our Christmas party this year. The colors in the layers were so festive, the taste--fabulous. I immediately wanted the recipe!

Great recipe for a take to event. I made the pesto from Ina Garten's the day before to set the flavor's. I did not add the egg crepe's because of the travel time involved. After taking to two events it has been a hit and everyone wants the recipe. In small towns it is harder to find the foccacia but Walmart, although not as good. carries it.
