Overall, I thought it was very good, but a little salty. Next time, I'll use low-sodium soy sauce. Also, I prefer my tuna fully cooked and this recipe was good for that. Very good though!
Thanks! :

Outstanding raves by my guests. Used 1/4 cup soy, added 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil.
did not have the Worcestershire. Grilled on a very hot pan with raised grill identations. covered with lid and did two minutes on each side. Tuna was 1 1/2 inch thick.Next time i will dip the fish in a plate of toated sesame seeds prior to frying.

Made it in a minute and marinated the tuna like it said. It was not too salty at all! It was amazing. Definitely do this!

This recipe is so easy and the tuna comes out perfect. My husband thought I had gotten it at a restaurant it was that good. I cooked it just a little longer than it said, I don't like it rare; but it is the perfect easy recipe.

Don't let this sauce ruin a nice piece of fish! I used a GOOD soy sauce that was low sodium and it was way too salty. I did boil the sauce and I did add 2 T of apricot preserves but, again, too salty. Just grill that fish up with nothing and sqeeze lemon on it. A good piece of Tuna doesn't need this added flavor.

Great recipe for beginners or if you're just short on time due to last minute changes or if you're just too tired and you hate fast food.

I'm not a big fish person but this was great. I suggest making the sauce from the left over marinade as someone else suggested but use low sodium soy sauce and keep the sauce on the side instead of pouring it over the fish as it is fairly salty. The fish was out of this world. My wife and I prefer our fish a little more on the done side so we cooked if for about 3-4 minutes a side.
