I TVO Michael's Show and the recipe on this site is not the exact recipe he made on his show. It's laking in Olive Oil , Basil and he did not toast the bread.
Follow his show to get the right delicious end result ! My rating is for the Food Network site and not Michael's recipe !

I usually don't like tomato soup, but I had so many tomatoes from my garden that I didn't know what to do with. Turned out excellent. With a touch of parmesan cheese just before serving, it is so good. I will definitely make this again.

So full of flavor and easy to make! We ended up eating the toasted bread on the side because the frittata was just too delicious to get lost in the sandwich.

I made this dish and took it to a 3-year-old's birthday brunch party. Everyone loved it. It went FAST! This would be delicious by itself with a green salad and some crusty french bread.

This is one delicous frittata. I omitted the zuchinni and used asparagus instead. I have also added chopped ham. Either way you choose it's very good.
