I just made this recipe today and it is SO delicious and easy!
The Oregano/Butter sauce on this is to die for, I would recommend doubling the sauce recipe, just because having extra sauce is the only thing I think I would've liked more!
Other than that, this is just YUM YUM YUM!!

Pretty easy if you know how to work with wonton wrappers. This recipe did make a lot, so I would half it the next time I make it.

Easter dinner appetizer. 3 men who love food, and 1 mother-in-law with very specific tastes. Wowed all 4 of them (MIL even took seconds!. They disappeared. Easy to mix, easy to put together, but mildly labor-intensive (folding/pinching of the wonton wrappers. Definitely will do again!

I love anything with proscuitto, so I thought this was a nice dish, however... the wrappers took a while to seal, and sometimes broke. Next time I'll use a little less filling. I also thought the wonton wrappers were a little soggy. I cooked them for the full time alotted and next time I think I'll only put them in for a minute or so and make sure they really dry before adding the butter.

This is very Tastey and easy tomake. My family loved them. One hint they do not freeze well, so chnage the rate of ingrededents for serving sizes.

This was a very easy dish to make. I enjoyed making this dish, as much as I enjoyed eating it. Very well rounded flavor, when you're tired of eating ravioli in tomato sauce. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite recipes from her. You don't even have to make the dough for the pasta is was a crowd pleaser. I served it up at a party and it was a hit every one was like wow, how and where did you get them. So great and thanks for all the great ideas and home cooked meals Giada. Keep them coming.

I did not think the wonton wrappers were a good substitution for pasta dough in this recipe. In addition to being difficult to find, they were too thin and mushy. They also taste much different than pasta dough and gave the dish too much of an asian undertone. I also thought the recipe called for too much spinach. It overpowered the dish. I will probably make this again in the future, but use less spinach and replace the wrappers with dough.
