I used to have these when I was younger but didn't know what they were called except for cresents. They have always been one of my favorite cookies. I hate baking but if it is an easy recipe I will try it. These cookies were easy and delicious. I am making a batch right now for Christmas day. I used walnuts because that is how I used to eat them. Wonderful!!!

This is a no-fail, go-to recipe. I don't bother with the crescents. I roll the dough in balls and lightly press them into cookie shape. They freeze beautifully and I usually keep a supply and dust with powdered sugar when I take them out. A real crowd pleaser.

I kinda a little bit disapointed. Maybe because I i had high expectation after reading other reviews. My mom recipe is way better than this. But my husband & his co-workers love it so much. They said it's the best taste cookie ever.

Made them for my future daughter-in-law's shower, were a big hit. They are very similar to a greek cookie I make. they were a big hit.

I make a LOT of cookies at Christmas time for other people who don't like to bake or don't have the time. This cookie is a wonderful addition to my list of "do agains". I like the fact that they can be frozen and then put the powdered sugar on when you take them out of the freezer. Thanks Paula...once again you've done a great service to all of us followers!
