    This is a great recipe! I thought the meat would be tough but with superheated flash cooking, (keep it rare!it's delish!~
    The fontina is a must and I'd never tried it before. Gooey good!
    Messy and fun to eat. Will be serving this at our Super Bowl party. No hot dogs here!

    This sandwich is amazing! My husband said that this is the best sandwich that he's ever had. I kicked it up a little by roasting a head of garlic and then mashing it in a bowl with mayo. After the meat was done, I added the pan dripping to the mayo mixture. They mayo w/roasted garlic adds a lot more flavor.

    it was a definite hit with my picky eater husband. i didn't add the red onions and green peppers to his philly cheese steak, but he says that the steak and the fontina chesse hit the spot. (what he didn't know is that i added some onion powder to it too!

    This was one of the easiest recipes I have ever tried and it was delicious. It's amazing how so few ingredients could yield such big flavours. Simply delicious; simply perfect. The best Philly Cheesesteaks I've ever had.
