Just reading the recipe made my mouth water! Everything went together like clockwork and the end result was fantastic. The lentils were a great counter texture to the salmon and the heat of the spices on the salmon were a real "wow" factor. The salmon itself was moist, tender and full of flaver. This is a keeper.

This is a winner! Easy and healthy and pretty fast and delicious! Looks gourment. I am totally sold on fresh thyme after using it in this recipe and Emeril's Ham and Split Pea Soup. The key to any good salmon recipe is to not overcook the salmon. I had thin pieces with no skin and it took 4 minutes total, no need to turn them while cooking. Absolutely fabulous and impressed my foodie boyfriend!!

Very good, and extremely easy to make (I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about, saying you need kitchen experience - the hardest part was chopping up veggies!. However, a bit simple for my tastes. I would make it again for my family, but it's not something I would serve to company, for example.

Good meal, but a lot of work. Should be a bit experienced in the kitchen for this one.

I prepared this dish last night for dinner. My husband kept commenting on how good it was. Did this take you a long time?, he asked. It's a winner in my book. Thanks!

The lentils were easy and full of flavor. The whole family liked it!
I used wild Salmon which has a much better flavor than farm raised.
