These noodles are just o.k. You could definitely add some things to it to make it better. I added some cooked chopped chicked and some cooked broccoli, for a one dish meal, and my husband really liked it. But I still felt it needed something else....just not sure what.

A good substitute for potatoes and something a little different. I would make again especially when going to a potluck.

We didn't like this recipe. The W sauce flavor was too strong for us. Also, thought there was too much sour cream. All in all, just seemed bland. I wouldn't make it again. (LOVE Paula, though!!

Not one of Paula's best. I added mushrooms and the recipe still was missing something.

Great taste and easy. Goes great with Sour Cream Muffins.

I made just half the recipe, added some leftover chicken, frozen peas, about 2T of Real crumbled bacon and a little extra sour cream. I served it with a tossed veg. salad and it got rave reviews from our 18 year old grandaughter and my husband.

The noodles were OK but the recipie was not that tasty. I would not bother to remake it.

Made this with low fat sour cream and low fat cottage cheese. Cooked it as indicated, and came out very dry. Husband said it was tasty, but probably won't make again.

I put the liquid ingredients in a blender before adding it to the noodles. This was fabulous! Thanks, Paula!!

Great recipe! I used 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese in with the noodles.
