I liked the recipe, Love Paula, but thought I'd add a little flavor the next time. I added a little of each: diced sun-dried tomato, chopped marinated artichoke heart and chopped kalamata olives. Made it kind of greek and loved it. It can be very versatile.

Nothing to brag about. Seemed like it was missing something. OK dish for hotdogs.

I was pretty disappointed in this recipe. The worchestershire was all I could taste. I won't make this again.

I would agree with the reviews that place this dish in the "bland" category. I think that I would try adding a dijon mustard to the dish instead of the worstershire sauce. My husband was nice enough to eat it, but we prefer a simple mac and cheese sauce over this one.

I've made this twice in the past week, and my family (picky daughter and picky husband both loved it... even my hubby who doesn't like sour cream! It's rich without being greasy, but so easy to put together then leave baking in the oven while you do other things. Yum!

I read everyone's reviews before I made this recipe. I made these modifications: Reduce cottage cheese to 3/4 cup; add 1/4 cup milk; add 1/4 tsp. of white pepper; omit garlic salt; add 1/2 tsp kosher salt; add 1/4 tsp garlic powder. For topping: reduce parmesean to 1/2 cup; mix with 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers. Try it this way, you won't be sorry!

These noodles don'thave very much taste to them.Very plain.I drowned them in ketchup and they were edible. Probably won't make them again.

This noodle dish is great! You can layer it like lasagna with veggies in tween, make it more like an alfredo and use it for leftovers! It is a great basic recipe to make your own. I added white pepper for kick, nutmeg, and garlic powder of course, and a touch of lemon for freshness. I have to add parm. cheese to body of dish cuz I love the flavor.
I have adapted this dish in a cold form as well w/mayo & sour cream for tuna or u can use grilled chicken and granny smith apples w/this for crunch and sweetness. It works well with shrimp cold or hot but I add some hot sauce for this adaptation. Thank you Paula.

I always have a serious need for salad and hot dishes for community functions.

This is a very good and easy recipe. If you have a vegetarian at your family gatherings as I do, it makes for a quick and tasty way to be sure they are considered. I like it!
