This super-fast super-easy dish is a hit @ my house!! Perfectly simple, but really rich taste! I had some cooked shrimp in the fridge and added it, along with 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp lemon pepper, and I used house seasoning instead of garlic salt. My husband and I almost ate the whole thing!!!Another hit!!

terribly bland! I don't know if I did something wrong, or if it was actually supposed to be so boring, but it's only saving-grace was the parmesan on top.

This dish looked really good, but in true paula style definately not for us dieters! I changed things around a little. I used fat free sour cream, low fat cottage cheese, reduced fat parm., and low carb angel hair pasta. My recipe came out a little dry, but I misread the amount of pasta on the side of the box. Next time I think it'll come out closer to hers. The flavor was definately all there though!

This recipe was really good & easy. I know some people thought that the noodles were a bit bland but I don't think they're meant to have a really stong taste. They make a great side dish and super easy to make. I added some of the parmesan cheese to the cottage cheese mixture along with salt & pepper. Thanks Paula.

I thought the dish was wonderful. Next time I will skip the parmesean cheese on top because I don't think it added to the flavor (just extra calories.

and easy. Liked being able to prepare ahead of time and then baking just before serving.

I love Paula Deen (have two of her cookbooks but this one was not a winner. I think that the flavor was lacking something. The basic ingredients present a good jumping off point but I think that the recipe needs to be tweeked to provide a more complex flavor and (perhaps shorter cooking time for more creaminess . . .

Easy, excellent side dish. I use low fat sour cream & low fat cottage cheese and mixed the parmesan right in instead of sprinkling on top...doesn't changes a thing. Might try adding some ham and veggies for a casserole. Reheats in the microwave beautifully.

I found this mild flavored noodle recipe to be a wonderful compliment to a marinated prime rib. It isn't as bold as some of Paula's recipes but definitely has a good flavor. Some reviews mentioned it was very bland. I used a more expensive parmesean cheese and grated it myself. Parmesean cheese in a can tends to be rather flavorless. I also used regular cottage, NOT low fat. - I'm going to try it again with a gorgonzola or bleu cheese.
