I watched The Bag Lady today and couldn't wait to try this recipe. I had all of the ingredients, but after reading the other reviews, I decided to add a few things. I added 2 tsp. fresh minced garlic, 1/2 cup parmesan, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper. I mixed the parmesan in with the cottage cheese and sour cream and then topped the dish with 1 cup grated monterey jack cheese. I cooked it for 20 minutes, and also used whole wheat Zanellini noodles. It turned out wonderfully! Thanks Paula, I love your show!

These noodles are awesome. I only had wide noodles; but the taste is incredible. So easy. Paula you rock.

Thought it would give the taste of the Polish piergoi. It was acceptable, but not a family favorite

Quick easy !!! I added mushrooms to mine and the pan was empty by meal's end. We vote on food channel recipes at our house. This one got a 4 out of 4 approval ratting. Seems like the perfect recipe to adapt to a family's individual tastes.

These were ok. I wouldnt say they were spectacular or anything but, they tasted like something you would buy in an envelope at the store. I may make this again if Im desperate.

It was too bland for me, it was missing something, I tried riccotta cheese instead of cottage cheese, still not quite right, I think that I will use mozarella next time

I did not like this at all, no flavor, very boring. Years ago a friend gave me a receipe close to this but much better. Saute one whole onion, slice in one stick of butter or margerine, when onions sligtly browned add cooked noodles and whole container of cottage cheese, have also added chicken to this, and is very good. I enjoy Paula a lot, but this was a loser.

Recipe was very easy to make-however it is somewhat bland. It needs something to give it more taste-I'm just not sure what. I personally didn't care for it but my 23 year old daughter loved it--and her 3 year old daughter said it was delicious. I don't plan to make this dish again..unless my daughter or grand-daughter requests it.
