This was divine. It did require an extra 15 minutes to cook, it was soggy in the center otherwise. YUM! I used brioche and it was a perfect dessert.

It's okay. Very possible that I just don't like bread pudding and now I know that I don't. I didn't think it was very good without the buttery rum sauce, and even then I didn't like it much. My husband thought the rum sauce was too buttery. I don't think it's hands down a bad dish, but I won't make it again.

This bread pudding is delicious, moist and easy to make! The banana liquer gives this the perfect amount of flavor and the buttery rum sauce is ooooey gooey good warmed up and dripping over the sides of the pudding. I'm sneaking back to the refrig for another bite!!! This is so good you don't care if you can't button your jeans.

I made this for my husband on Father's Day and he did think it was the best bread pudding and told me to keep the recipe. Bread pudding is his favorite dessert so thanks Emeril.

This has become a favorite of my family and friends. The pudding is moist, the nuts give it crunch and added flavor. The rum sauce is easy to prepare & improves your whole eating experience.
