    I pre baked the tart shell dough in mini muffin tins to serve them as appetizers for a party. Many raves and none left.

    I made this but put it in little phyllo cups- the Athena premade kind. I then drizzled reduced balsamic glaze over the top. It was a hit!

    This was a fabulous dish. Easy to make, beautiful when set on the table. I used it for a brunch. It would also make a wonderful savory side for roast pork or beef.
