I love this recipe. Prepared exactly as written except the first time I didn't read correctly and put all the ketcup in the recipe and not on top. Still very good!! I make turkey burgers with this recipe sometimes and reduce the cooking time. Very, good! The Baby Bam freezes well, so you can use it later.

I made this for my husband, brother in law and best friend last night. I prepared it without the Baby Bam and only garlic salt and pepper, I also used Onion Soup mix instead of chopped onion. I did not think it was too salty at all, but if you find that the salt is too much you can always trade the regular ketchup for reduced sodium ketchup and substitute the salt in general with just using garlic powder. It may be because I am pregnant that I didnt taste the salt, but I loved it! I will definitly make this Turkey Loaf again and again! Bon Apetite!

I am a personal chef and my clients love this recipe so much that they request it all the time. I don't find it overly salty at all so I'm not sure why people are saying that? Maybe check your measurements?

I added another 1/2 pound of ground turkey and put red onion instead of yellow. Even my picky son loves this low fat meatloaf!

First, like others have said this is a salty recipe and this is coming from someone who isn't over salt-sensitive. More importantly, the flavor was not good at all. I've had WAY better ground turkey recipes.

Holy Crap! This turkey loaf is INCREDIBLY salty! We also threw the remainder away including what was in our own plates. We ended up with frozen dinners tonight instead but even those were WAY better than this recipe. I'll never make this again. THUMBS DOWN

Way too salty! I could only eat two bites and threw the rest away. (I made it exactly as the instructions said.

Good alternative to the regular meatloaf>
It tastes lighter, and it is not greasy.

Even my husband who does not typically like things made with ground turkey approved. I plan to try this with some extra veggies (carrots, zuchinni.
