A great recipe for baking pork chops. Very moist and flavorful! My kids and husband ask for this recipe whenever its too cold to grill pork chops.

Yum!! Easy! They took longer to bake. About 35 minutes, but the chops might have been a little thicker than the recipe. A little salty as well, but not overwhelming. Family loved it!

Something happened with the cook time, perhaps I had a different cut of pork chop than recipe called for, they were rather thick. I did assume bake time would need adjusting so after baking over 30 minutes in a 410 degree oven, I had to give up and brown in a fry pan (because my other dishes were ready. Other than bake time, loved it.

The spices in the breading were great but the mix turned out a little too salty. When I make this next time I will omit the salt from the Baby BAM. This might have been due to the Italian spices I used having salt in them and the use of a good, aged, imported Romano instead of Parmesan. Except for that, it was easy, quick, and delicious. I used boneless center cut chops as well. A squirt of lemon just before serving really added brightness and freshness.

Great! Easy and yummy. Everyone loved it. I ran out of eggs and used some Italian dressing instead. Mmmmmm!

Delish! I made them last night for my family and everyone loved them. By far the tastiest pork chop recipe I have found.

We added Italian breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning in place of the Oregano. We also cooked the breading on catfish fillets and cooked for about 40min on 2" thick cuts. They were awesome with lemon-butter dipping sauce. Thanks Emeril!

I changed out some of the spices and toast for Garlic bread crumbs and reduced the salt. My whole family loved them (even picky kids. I'm never making dry, tough pork chops again!

They were good- but I have made better breaded pork chops. It has a LOT of flavor, but it might be too strong for my subtle taste.
