This is a delicious cheesecake recipe. I didn't use the lemon blueberry topping and it was still divine. Such a creamy consistency. I had to increase the baking time but that is the only change I encountered. I would recommend grating the lemon zest as finely as possible so no one bites into a piece (that was just baker error on my part. Number one cheesecake recipe in my book!!!

This was my first cheesecake, and it was not as difficult as the intermediate level led me to believe. Everyone that ate a slice said it was the best cheesecake they had ever eaten! I am of the same opinion. It was even great without the topping!

Awesome recipe , i've made this cheesecake quite a few times already , the last one , i ran out of sour cream and ended up using half sour cream and half vanilla yogurt , the result ? fabulous ! Next time i will replace half sour cream with vanilla yogurt . I used strawberry topping and it's very delicious ! Thanks for a great recipe !

Another winner from Tyler! I made this cake today for Father's Day, my husband and my father are HUGE cheesecake fans and as a result are very picky. In fact I would rather buy a cheesecake than make it an incur their wrath: This time there was only ooooh's and mmmmmm's, Thanks again Tyler for making me a winner this Father's Day. whew!!

PERFECT recipe!! This was my first time making a cheesecake, the ONLY change I made to the recipe was to bake the crust for 10 mins at 325 as opposed to refrigerating for 5 mins.....Everyone raved and can't stop having another helping! Thank you Tyler!!

Yum, Yum & Yum! This was my first time preparing a cheese cake and now I'm hooked. The kicker is that I made it totally DAIRY FREE!!! I used Tofutti Brand cream cheese and sour cream and the consistency was just as creamy as the recipe suggested it should be. I too had to increase the time spent in the oven, but other than that no other adjustments. This recipe is a keeper.

This is the best cheesecake ever!! I vary the toppings,I use strawberries instead of blueberries; other times I do a caramel topping instead; it's always delicious!!!

This is the best cheesecake I've ever made!!! The recipe was really easy to follow. The blueberry lemon topping is WONDERFUL...my best friend is a chef and she came over for dessert and she asked for my recipe SEVERAL times, it's that good!

This cheesecake was good, but not the best I've made. The crust was a soggy mess. Shouldn't it be baked before filling?

I wish I would've read the reviews BEFORE baking the cheesecake. The recipe was very clear...it will still be al little jiggly but will set up in the fridge and do NOT OVERCOOK. Okay, I was skeptical after the 45 minutes and seeing all the jiggling going on but I was so fearful of overcooking so I followed the instructions to a tee. Bad decision. The middle never set up properly. The good news is that it tasted very good but the consistency was more like custard than cheesecake. I will definitely try again but will add at least 20-30 minutes as others have suggested.
