This is a very tasty treat though the next time we will cut the amount of brown sugar in half and add some chili powder while it is cooking.

I was surprised that I didn't care for the taste of this recipe after reading so many positive reviews. The basic composition worked fine however I thought the steak sauce almost entirely overwhelmed the other flavors. I would make this dish again but reduce the A1 to a pinch and finish with a good barbecue sauce.

Liked it. Kids loved it. I had leftover pork roast that I used instead of the beef. Can't wait to try it with beef. Very easy to make and quick.

May have been better with a different sauce. The A-1 was awful.

My husband isn't the traditional "manwich" kind of guy, so I was taking a chance by making---the verdict was "this is good" with a smile and a "it can be a repeat"! Very easy to make and after a few adjustments (due to supplies on hand turned out quite tasty. I used Angus ground meat and since I didn't have dark brown sugar, I used the stated amount, but light brown sugar and added a drizzle of molasses. Red peppers were what was available, so those went in, replacing the green peppers. As other reviewers stated-- not a thick sauce, but certainly a tasty and interesting change!

If the Beef Tenderloin is too expensive, try getting 1 filet and of rest the Beef You can afford. Grind All or have it done for You. Try to be certain Fat is trimmed and Ask for that because You paid for it. This is a really nice balance of Flavours. Just adding Options. Yes, Beef Tenderloins whole, go on sale. Also, mix Beef with Pork Tenderloin ground up together. No one can tell differences.
