Loved it!! Now I'm going to try it with leftover Christmas rib roast! Anything Emeril touches has got to great!

This was excellent. It was good to have a different way to use up the leftover turkey rather than pie or soup. I will definitely make this again.

TOO EASY for post party lazy days...didnt use onions, & used leftover green bean casserole instead of peas. Smells good, cant wait till its out of the oven to taste

Emeril scores!! I made this tonight for my family, and my stepdaughter who doesnt like turkey asked for seconds. What a great way to use the turkey leftovers while incorporating some veggies. I think next time I would add some more vegetables just to get them in there.. but all in all, easy to make and very tasty.

LOVED it! Great way to use leftovers!

I modified some -- no mushrooms or tomato paste. Used both chicken broth and turkey gravy. Probably had 3 cups of turkey. Used mixed frozen veggies and extra peas. I didn't have enough mashed potatoes, so I edged my pie plate with leftover sage dressing, and put the potatoes in the center. I had brined my turkey with a lemon-pepper brine, so that flavor mixed with these was just awesome!! : Definitely will make again.

I've made this in the past using leftover holiday turkey, but recently I used a pre-roasted deli chicken from the supermarket. The result was just as good, if not better.

Wonderful recipe! It's a great way to not waste any leftovers! I didn't have any essence, so I added Mrs. Dash and it was wonderful. I was a little worried about the cheese on top, but trust me it's awesome! My family and I ate every last bit of this meal and can't wait to make it again.
