Absolutely delicious! Will make this time and again. The red chile oil is so good....not too spicy. You must have bread to dip in the oil. Excellent!

The dish looked so good in the video I had to try the recipe. Pleasantly surprised, the chili oil didn't make the dish hot but gave it a very nice flavor. Wow! shrimp, garlic, extra virgin olive oil,
chili oil and plenty of fresh french bread...delicious!

I don't own a cazuela but used an All-Clad round shallow casserole. I preheated the pan while the oven heated and put the shrimp and oil in the hot pan. This recipe is delicious and so easy! The oven does the cooking for you while you enjoy your guests. Definitely good with some crusty bread for dipping in the oil.
